We collect from JYSK every week — Waterford, Carlow, Wexford, Kilkenny and beyond. Here's how it works.

How the collection works
- ●Buy in-store or online and choose “collection” at checkout
- ●Send us the receipt or order number via WhatsApp along with your address
- ●Confirm the JYSK store you'll be collecting from
- ●We turn up at the customer-collection bay with the receipt, load the items and head straight to your door
- ●Most JYSK collections from Waterford or Carlow are completed inside 3 hours start to finish

Do you do JYSK assembly?
We lift, carry and position. Flat-pack assembly is its own job and not something we offer — most JYSK items come with clear instructions or you can book JYSK's own assembly service at checkout.
Can you collect a JYSK mattress?
Yes — mattresses come either rolled (easy) or flat (still easy in a long-wheelbase Transit). From €60 within the region.
Will you take my old mattress away on the same trip?
Yes — there's a small disposal fee on top of the delivery price (typically €30–€40 for a single mattress) because we have to pay the recycling centre.
Do I have to be at the JYSK store?
No. We collect on your behalf with a copy of your receipt or order number. Just make sure you've paid for the item and forwarded us the confirmation.
